Grade

Structure & Build

  • Real White Oak surface for unmistakable hardwood beauty
  • Engineered/layered construction (where applicable) to enhance stability through seasonal humidity changes
  • Precision milling for a tight fit and consistent visual flow across planks
  • Durable top finish designed to resist daily wear and maintain colour clarity
  • Quality-controlled to Canadian standards and tested for performance in Canadian conditions

For exact specifications (thickness, wear layer, width/length, and profile), please refer to the series spec sheet.

Care & Maintenance

  • Dry clean weekly using a soft-bristle vacuum head or microfiber dust mop
  • Damp-mop as needed with a pH-neutral hardwood cleaner — never use steam
  • Wipe spills promptly and avoid standing water
  • Use felt pads under furniture and breathable rugs (no rubber backing)
  • Maintain indoor conditions between 18–27 °C and 35–55 % relative humidity for stability
  • Refresh high-traffic areas with manufacturer-approved maintenance products as required

Installation Essentials

  • Acclimation: 48 hours in-room; boxes flat-stacked
  • Subfloors: Flat within 3 mm over 2 m; dry and clean
  • Methods: Full-spread elastomeric adhesive, or floating (per manufacturer guidance)
  • Radiant heat: Water-based systems only; surface ≤ 29 °C (85 °F); use in-slab sensor
  • Underlay: Appropriate acoustic/thermal underlayment where floating
